He’s waiting for you…

Under a blanket of snow, surrounded by dark woods and a frozen sea, lies an ogre’s castle. There lives a little princess, trapped in the maze of her own mind.

On a battlefield where the past meets the present stand a fairy godmother and a pirate, an old ice cream man and a knight in shining clean armor…

The clock is ticking fast, and to pierce the ogre’s secrets and defeat him, Island Chaptal will have to fight to remember…and stay alive. Can the Lions and the Roomba cats be stopped before it’s too late?

Praise for Butterfly in Amber

This was such a satisfying ending to the journey where a doe-eyed girl who was too good for this world ended up with her perfect match.

Becca Reads a Lot

The Spotless series has been one of my all-time favourites. It’s quirky, nutty and silly with a Mission Impossible/Bourne Identity/Bridget Jones/Hot Pursuit vibe that leaves you busting a gut laughing, then biting your nails in trepidation. While at times I was left scratching my head wondering where it will go next, I always knew I would be chuckling. Island and March are two of the most original characters I have ever come across.

Sassy Stacey

I LOVED it and it is my favorite action/adventure romance series ever. I do not say this lightly. I kind of want to re-read the whole series because I’m sad it’s over, but it’s the highest compliment I can give – Ms. Monk left me satisfied yet wanting more. If you haven’t read this and you like action/adventure, some really quirky, dry humor and a romance with the slowest of burns, I encourage you to read it.

Afterdark Book Lovers

There are so many surprises and twists. The whole series is like that, but Book 4, especially, has some great turns.

Love Serially

Even with Island and March running away from adversaries or running into danger, Monk brings her own brand of humor and quirk. There is a lightheartedness to these books that most espionage romance books lack (for reasons, I get it). But that just makes this series even better.
